  1. Listen to what your body needs. Don’t ignore what your mind and body tells you, if you need to sleep go to bed early, if you feel thirsty have a drink. If you feel sluggish a lot of the time, look at what you are eating, maybe you need to change your diet. If you do ignore your body’s signs, you could end up making yourself feel even worse.
